A Family of Disciples, Devoted to Jesus
Christ Community Church is more than a Sunday gathering — we are a fellowship of believers living out the gospel in authentic, transformative community. United by our faith in Jesus Christ, we pursue Him together, support one another in love, and actively engage our neighbourhoods with the hope and compassion of Christ.
Our Vision
To see communities that reflect the love and character of Christ. We believe that when the Church truly embodies Christ’s love, entire communities are transformed — extending beyond our church walls to impact the neighbourhoods, families and individuals around us.
Our Mission
To make disciples who grow together in Christ’s love and reflect His character in community. We believe spiritual formation happens not in isolation, but in relationship — through intentional discipleship that helps believers mature in everyday life.

A STORY OF TRANSFORMATION
Through our NextGen ministry, we’ve seen God work powerfully in the lives of young people like Opono Hassan, a 20-year-old who came to us from the streets with no job and no home.
Through our community’s care and God’s transforming grace, Hassan now has steady employment and, more importantly, a passion to reach other street children with the same hope he’s received.
